Bask Clasix

Letter from current owner and friend of Bask Clasix... Jacqueline/Vlasakker Arabians, The Netherlands

Hi all,

With great regret I must tell you that on his 30th birthday Bask
Clasix passed away.
He had a bad heart for a number of years already, and let me know
that day that he was tired, and wanted to move on.

He is buried at the favorite place of the boys, under the "stallion
tree" together with Alegro and Arbil.

Bask Clasix has been a very loyal and relieable friend for the whole
17 years that he spent here with me, and the biggest friend to the
small children around: he was their best and most trustable friend,
and many of them made their first horse ride on his back.
His loud greetings upon entering the barn will be missed, it is
awfully quiete........
He will be greatly missed by all of us.

Jacqueline

There aren't words for me to tell you how much your stallion meant to me. My dearest mare in the world is a daughter of his. She is not a young girl and has been with me since she was two years old and has been the best friend anyone could ever have. Today when I brushed her I talked to her about her sire and thanked her for all the years she has given me. Sometimes I wish that I could be a great writer and really express my feelings in the way I wish, but that isn't it, so please take my heart felt feelings of loss and know that I have for over twenty years been the biggest fan of all.
Love to you,

Patty Ross
